Notice

1.To protect you personal rights, the data of the one reserving the room and the one checking in shall be the same. Please provide the ID for registration while checking in.
2.Check in Time:
Business Room: Weekdays: after 15:00; holidays: after 18:00
Garage Room: Weekdays: after 18:00; Friday: after 20:00; Saturday: after 21:00
3.Check out Time: before 12:00 am
4.Because of the approval of the amendment of Noise Control Act, from 22:00 to 7:00 next day, entertainment premises and business premises shall keep the noise under 30 dBs Please keep the voice down and don’t make too much noise during the period of time. When using the audio-visual device in the room (such as TV), please turn down the volume. Besides, the Motel will turn off the KTV device at 12:00 am every day and will turn it on at 10:00 am.
5.The room rate is not applicable for special holidays (including the eve of holidays), New Year holidays, Chinese New Year holidays, Valentine’s Day, Chinese Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and other long national holidays. The Motel will do its best to announce the adjustment of prices online as soon as possible. If there are differences, please base on the price of the Motel on the check-in date.
6.Rest periods are divided into two sections: from 7:00 to 23:00: 3 hours; 23:00-7:00: 2 hours. For special holidays, please base on the prices of the Hotel on the check-in date or call to make confirmation.
7.Definitions of Weekdays and Holidays
Weekdays: Sunday to Thursday, the last day of national holidays to Thursday night.
Holidays: Friday, Saturday, eve of national holidays
8.Those reserving the room through the reservation system online shall agree to pay the total amount of the room rate to preserve the rights for reserving the room and the rate online.
9.Free parking and taxing hauling services
10.No pets. The violator shall pay for cleaning fee.
11.Each room is limited for 2 guests only. The third guest and more will be charged with cleaning fee by person with discretion.
12.The room rates online all include 5% business tax. The amount will immediately be deducted from your credit card account right after you have completed the payment with the credit card online. The receipt will be given to you in person when you check out of the room. (Please fill in the required information in detail for the issuance of the receipt).
13.Attention for those paying with the citizen’s travel card: The amount will immediately be deducted from the credit card account you provide after you complete the order online. Please make sure if the date of payment conforms to the regulations for travel subsidies before placing the order. The Motel does not take liabilities for related problems.
14.After the reservation online is confirmed, if you need to make change, please call the reservation service hotline: 04-238609999.
15.To avoid wasting too much of your precious time, please make sure to fill in the correct information whiling making reservation so that the customer service staff will contact you and the receipt can be issued without difficulties. 


According to the provisions of the Standard Contract by Tourism Bureau, M.O.T.C. and the marketing and management policy of the Motel, when you cancel your reservation, the standards for refunds are as follow:
(1)100% of the payment will be refunded for cancelation before 3:00 pm on the check-in date.
(2)95% of the payment will be refunded for cancelation in 14 days before check-in date.
(3)70% of the payment will be refunded for cancelation in 10 ~ 13 days before check-in date.
(4)50% of the payment will be refunded for cancelation in 7 ~ 9days before check-in date.
(5)40% of the payment will be refunded for cancelation in 4 ~ 6 days before check-in date.
(6)30% of the payment will be refunded for cancelation in 2 ~ 3 days before check-in date.
(7)No refunds for cancelation on the check-in date.
